Our Master
Roaster, Bill Coleman, owner of West Coast Coffee Roasters,
insists on quality and perfection and is an expert in dark-roast
coffee. With over 20 years experience of coffee roasting behind
him, he has perfected his craft to produce a unique coffee rich in
aroma and bursting with flavor. Utilizing a "dry roast
method", bringing the beans to the edge of firing, yields
coffee at its optimal flavor peak. We also feature his "Swiss
Water Treated" decaf, the only non-chemical water
decaffeination process.
After 10
successful years of roasting in the San Francisco area, he now
lives and works near San Diego with his wife, Sharon
